Sunday School

9:40 am Sunday School for all Ages

Baptism

The Baptismal Covenant is God’s word to us, proclaiming our adoption by grace, and our word to God promising our response of faith and love. Persons of any age may be baptized. Infants and others unable to take the vows for themselves are presented by parents and/or sponsors.

Holy Communion

The Lord’s Supper is a holy meal of bread and wine that symbolizes the body and blood of Christ. By sharing this meal, United Methodists give thanks for Jesus’ sacrifice for our sins. The Lord’s Supper recalls the life, death and resurrection of Jesus and celebrates the unity of all the members of God’s family. We invite all to participate on the first Sunday of each month.

Weddings

Couples interested in a service of Christian marriage should contact our pastor for information -- Rev. David Okerberg at (505) 243-5646 or click here to email.

Children’s Sermons

Children have a very special spot in both the 8:30 and 11:00 am worship services. Children sermon topics usually follow the theme for the day.

Scripture Readers

We want you involved in worship. Reading scripture is a great way to serve!

Ushers

Welcoming family and friends to worship services, handing out the worship service bulletins and children’s bulletins, and helping folks to their seat are only a few of the duties of an usher.

Video Technicians

Visuals enhance our worship services. Primarily used at our 8:30 a.m. worship, the video allows folks the opportunity to sing without having to fumble through the hymnal to find the correct page. Have experience in PowerPoint? Contact Marianne Kemp at (505) 243-5646, ext. 20 or email.
